Full Job Description
We are a fast-paced 29-year-old family-owned business we pride ourselves in selling some of the best brands in the trailer industry. Our reputation of honesty and truthfulness speaks for itself. We are seeking an office assistant to assist us with keeping our office running smoothly.
The ideal candidate must be:
- Great attention to detail.
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Processing loads of incoming trailers into Quickbooks.
- Maintain inventory on the website by adding new trailers upon arrival and updating as trailers are sold and on order.
- Assisting the sales team with the completion of sales with the paperwork associated with sales.
- Quarterly development of newsletter.
- Maintain the storage yard by processing daily and monthly storage payments and performing an annual audit.
- Perform receptionist duties as necessary.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Social Media skills including YouTube.
Part-time position with very flexible hours. Does have the opportunity to turn into a full-time position.
