I called Kelley & Sons to get details on their service packages. I forget the name of the woman who answered the phone but she explained everything as if she was doing the service herself. She was very friendly and made it feel like you were talking to family. After explaining the services, I explained I’d be moving to Washington State in a few days and she told me they did not have an opening. Thinking I would move on to another company, she told me to expect a call later in the day. Two hours later, Ryan gave me a call. He said drop by the next day and we’ll take a look at your trailer. I received HANDS DOWN the best experience from any company I’ve ever been to. Again, feeling like family, he not only checked the grease on my axles, but also ensured my brakes were working properly and made sure my tires were in proper tow. I asked a lot of questions I was unsure of and he made sure I had the proper knowledge going forward. I offered to pay, but understanding I was scrambling to move across the country, he insisted no charge. I cannot stress this enough: if you need ANY services done to your trailers or towing accessories, whether it be Travel, Cargo, or Gooseneck (or anywhere in between), do yourself a favor and make the trip to Kelley & Sons. You are not going to a company to pay for average service and walking away with questions. You are going to a family or close friend’s place to ensure you are taken care of in the best way possible. It’s people like Kelley & Sons that make me wish I wasn’t moving back to Washington. Thank you Ryan and everyone else at Kelley & Sons. Stopped in on the motorcycle to shop utility/landscape trailers. Was warmly greeted by friedly staff. They took the time  to learn my needs, then presented several options. Never an attempt to sell, or up-sell, but politely educated me regarding options. Made my purchase, and when I came back with my truck they quuckly hooked up the trailer and had me on my way. EXCELLENT customer service, zero pressure. I would absolutely do business with Kelley & Sons again, and send my friends/family. And, the price was excellent!
